DMCA & Intellectual Property Policy
Last Updated: October 2026
At Teehubi (accessible via https://teehubi.com), this page explains who owns the content on our website, what you may do with it, how we respect the rights of others, and how to send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
Photographs of a henley, the words that describe it, and the logo at the top of the page all took work to make. We protect that work, and we take the same care not to use anyone else's without permission.
By using our website, you agree to the terms below. If a question about intellectual property is not answered here, email us at [email protected] and we will be glad to help.
Intellectual Property at a Glance
| Item | Details |
|---|---|
| Site content | Owned by Teehubi or used under license. |
| Personal use | Viewing, printing, and sharing links are allowed. |
| Commercial use | Needs our written permission. |
| Infringement notices | Email [email protected] with the six items listed below. |
| Response | We review every notice and act promptly. |
1. Ownership
Unless stated otherwise, the text, product photographs, graphics, logo, and page layout on https://teehubi.com are owned by Teehubi or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
2. Limited Permission for Personal Use
You may view the website, print pages for your own reference, and share links to it. You may not copy product photographs or descriptions to another site, use our logo, or reproduce any part of the site for commercial purposes without written permission.
3. Respect for Third-Party Rights
We use only content we own or have the right to use, and we do not sell goods that carry third-party trademarks or copyrighted designs without authorization. If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, we want to know.
4. Sending a DMCA Notice
Email a notice to [email protected] containing the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for them.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- Identification of the material on our site you believe is infringing, with enough detail (such as the page URL) for us to find it.
- Your contact details: name, mailing address, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
5. What Happens Next
We review every complete notice promptly. If the material appears to infringe, we remove or disable access to it and notify the person who provided it, giving them a copy of the notice.
6. Counter-Notice
If material you provided was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected] containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, mailing address, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district, or for New Haven County if you are outside the United States.
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we forward it to the original complainant. Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the material.
7. Repeat Infringers
We may end the access of anyone who repeatedly posts or supplies infringing material.
8. Misrepresentation
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. Please be sure before you send a notice or counter-notice.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the law or our practices change. The date at the top shows the most recent revision.
